This may look like a small bottle, but it's quite thick. Just a look at the capacity and dosage, and some simple math will tell you it will last for 50 days.I used to take glucosamine a few years back - the tablet version. I have no issue with swallowing tablets.I'm a regular gym user and get a bit of pain and noise in my joints when lifting heavy loads. Glucosamine makes for smoother joint action. Many professional bodybuilders use it, as well as people with various orthopedic issues and even the elderly. It made quite a difference for me.It's the first time I tried the liquid version. Tablets were tasteless and not particularly big, so I was curious if liquid perhaps works faster etc.I have to say the taste takes getting used to. It's definitely lemon, but very much like a medicine. It may leave some more sensitive people gagging, but for ones with swallowing problems it's a great solution. You only take a very small dose of 10ml - you can use the supplied plastic measurer cap. It's recommended to use while having a meal. After a few doses I got used to the taste, but still drank it like a shot - best method.Does it work any quicker than tablets? Personally I haven't noticed. It takes between 4-5 doses to see the results, similar to the non-liquid version. You get 1000mg of glucosamine from a single 10ml dose. Most tablets are glucosamine sulphate. This version is using a different carrier to sulphate - hydrochloride (HCL). According to scientific research, both carriers are irrelevant for the human body, so both can be used safely.£13 is a reasonable and competitive price. You can get tablets cheaper, but you have to normally take two of them. Here you have a 'quick shot' during your meal and all done for the day. Personally I don't mind either, but people who have problems with tablets will be grateful for having this alternative. Happy to recommend.Thank you for reading my review. It’s a large bottle ( roughly 50 dosages) so not bad price point at£13 26p per day. The bottle itself look nothing like the one on the order page. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand however the technical information including side effects are written very small and very very hard to read ( you can get side effect which you need to be aware of ) I haven’t had any yet but I have only been taking for a few day but already seem to be more mobile which is good. The Liquid it self is like s watery lemon cough mixture so for me taste very nice and easy to take ( with meals).Over all very pleased with everything from price to results.

Due to osteoarthritis in my knees I decided to start take Glucosamine and I as I know what good quality simply supplements are I at first bought the capsules. But I struggled to swallow them (and believe me I never usually struggle with large capsules). I dont know if it was the shape but it got stuck twice and I had to dump the expensive capsules as it made me too nervous to use. A few days later as luck would have it this liquid supplement from them came on offer in my que so I jumped at the chance.I 100% recommend this liquid rather then their capsules!! It became a little routine every morning pouring the amount into the little cup you get along and chucking it down. It taste fine and its so easy to use. I have used up the entire bottle and really do think they help my knees on the inside, so will purchase some and carry on using going forward.Please do not ever stop making the liquid, its so much better than the huge capsules and still a good strong dose.
