Worth it!!
It was sort of difficult to put together, it took a LOT more than I was expecting (particularly with the parts/pieces not being labeled while the instructions would refer to the parts by a letter, there weren’t any on the different parts so you kinda had to eyeball it and discern for yourself, which definitely created some second and third tries!) BUT all that to say, once it was all set up it couldn’t have been a MORE PERFECT choice! Gifting this to my granddaughter for her 2nd birthday. She loves pink and adores playing with her little toy cars and her little toddler bicycle so this will definitely be a smash hit! It’s sturdy, and looks fantastic! Love the little details too. She’s going to have a blast with it.

Safe, Durable, Fun and Good Value! A Classic!
Our twin 18 month granddaughters love them!I’m a 72 year old woman and I put both coupes together by myself. My advice, watch the video first. It makes it so much easier to follow the written instructions. Tools used: power Phillips screwdriver, manual Phillips screwdriver, hammer and mallet. I needed a little muscle help from my husband. It was fun and a nice workout.I like that the car comes with a removable floorboard. With the floorboard in place it can be used as a stroller because of the roof back cutouts for pushing the car with hands. Such fun walks ahead! The little tyke coupe is worth the time and money. Fun for years to come!

The OG Toddler Whip
The Little Tikes Cozy Coupe: part car, part Flintstones fever dream, all toddler freedom. Ours has been driven through mud, snack spills, and sibling disputes—and it still rides like a charm (with a little foot power, of course). No license, no problem—just pure, honking joy.

Tip hazard and wonky wheels
UPDATE: While I was trying to muster the fortitude to wrestle this car apart and back into its box I decided to try it out on the sidewalk. My toddler loved it so much so I figured why not try that? What I discovered was that while the wheels spin around and absolutely suck on hardwoods, this little car steers great on the concrete! My toddler was so happy! So, I decided it was a keeper however it has to be parked in the garage so she won’t climb in/on it and hurt herself again. So far, accident free and we “drive” the few blocks to daycare in style! This little car got such great reviews but, after putting it together, I’m struggling with why. Within two minutes of my toddler being in this car, she put her weight- all 18 pounds of her 16 month old body- against the door side and the whole car tipped over with her in it! I went back to read reviews and then saw another mom had actually posted a video of this happening to her child. Exact same situation happened here! Second, the rear wheels were a complete whip to install. After it was put together- and I made very sure to match the correct parts for the front wheels to the correct sides- I discovered that the front wheels sort of spin around and never really “self correct” to roll straight forward. It’s so incredibly annoying. Also, the removable floorboard leaves a rather large surface area when removed. I think this would be fine for a bigger toddler than mine as she’s on the small side however it seemed to be a hazard for her as I could clearly see that her little feet and legs can get caught and pull her under and cause her injury. All in all, she actually loves this little car and screamed when I had to take her out of it after getting back on the saddle after her fall but, from a mom’s perspective: too dangerous so it’s a return for us.

Watch the assembly instructions on YouTube
I was expecting to pop on the roof, pop on some wheels, slap on some decals and call it done. That’s not the case. This comes out of the box completely unassembled. As in you will be putting together the wheels, axles, horn, steering wheel, door latch, roof, etc. piece by piece. Assembly isn’t hard but there’s no room for error. For many of the pieces, once they are in place you can’t remove them or change them. I know that sounds unbelievable but you’ll see. Don’t wait until the last minute, take your time, and I can’t stress this enough, watch the manufacturer's instructional video on YouTube before and during assembly. All that being said, it’s adorable and sturdy. We can’t wait to give it to our granddaughter for Christmas tomorrow.

My Daughter Loves Her Cozy Coupe!
My parents have a cozy coupe and my 19 month old loves it, so we figured she needed one of her own. She loves this one as well. She can spend hours playing with the car, and enjoys being pushed around it. Her favorite thing is to get in and out of it and having the removable floorboard installed is great so her legs don’t get stuck. Its quality is great and you can tell it's sturdy and will hold up well. It is made of hard plastic that is weather resistant although we do keep ours sheltered. My daughter loves the colors and they are pretty accurately represented in the stock images. Putting it together was fairly simple and took about a 45 minutes and I built it alone. Everything is clearly marked “L” or “R”, and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. The instructions pictured a drill, and there are no holes, just guides, but I used a screwdriver and it didn’t take long to break through the plastic. Make sure you double check the wheels are in the right place because once they are on, they are on. The axle cap pieces aren’t made to be removed so if a mistake is made it will take some extra work to fix it. The pieces were packaged well and nothing was banged up during shipping. My only suggestion is to assemble this outside and let it air out. The plastic has a smell that goes away once outside. I built it inside and then let it sit overnight so my daughter could “find” it in the morning and that plastic smelled lingered. Not a huge deal, but not very pleasant.
