Purchased for the third time. Tried and true and superior products that get me through winter when o tun out!

I thought there would be more in the bag since it’s really cut up. It was enough to fill about a half gallon mason jar. I like to use this product in my herbal tea that I make in the morning. The product itself is really good quality just there’s not a lot of it for the price, but I would definitely order it again because it adds great flavor to my tea.

This cut ginger brings the dried ginger bite and is in a convenient form for making tea. It met my expectations in quality and was well priced, like my other spices I've purchased from Frontier Co-op

I use this in my Fire Cider and Elderberry syrup. So convenient . Sometimes when I'm making my health tonics I don't have fresh ginger so this makes my life simple!

I’m not sure if this was the bottom of what had been chopped or if this ginger was not ready or was past ready. There is hardly any ginger flavor. I love ginger tea. I like it nice and strong. No matter how much ginger I add or how long it steeps it’s always a very bland flavor. I have ordered this before, but this bag is trash!It doesn’t even have a ginger smell. You can pick out a piece and chew it. It does not get warm or have a real ginger flavor.The look isn’t even the same! It’s smaller tidbits and tiny strings.
